I don't always have a 5-star experience at this place, but this morning was different. The woman at the drive-thru recommended the sunrise drink after I ordered a cold brew. She described it in detail and even offered to replace my cold brew with it. It was delicious! I really appreciate her taking the time to explain and suggest it so well. Holy RUDE! Young girls at the window are RUDE! I asked very nicely for an extra cup cus I’m making a gift. I get an eye roll and “umm… I guess.. I mean, no but… whatever”Like really! Just say sure and hand me a cup.
Strawberry colada is so tasty, I get it almost every time.
Rude girl takes the order and being fresh after making me repeat myself. Then at window asked the guy what's the name of the girl taking the order and he said he doesn't know even tho he has a headset on and know who's taking orders. Asks a girl and shesays she doesn't know who also has a headset on and says just take her money and give her drinks. Then gets one of the 3 drinkswrong on top of it all. Rude place would never ask to go there.
Pleasant staff! My order was filled perfectly. Decent selection of donuts and muffins for 11am, but neither of my favorites were there.
