The lady at the window kept yelling saying she couldn't hear our order and we were screaming our orders and they are so unorganized. If there is another coffee spot I'd suggest skipping this terrible dunks
Great place, friendly and fast service! They have the front counter dressed up for the holidays and it looks super good! Highly recommend this Dunkins.
Drive up was more important then walk in or order a head. Waited 15 min and my drink was made wrong
Order of two donuts per app. on the car drive through to say they have no donuts available. for payment requested. they said they didn't know how to come back, but they'd tell the boss tomorrow. I wrote the headquarters to ask for reimbursement. it is a week ago. contest fee with cc. note them if they are from an article for which they have already paid via the app and it is not available, they will not receive any payment back.
It is different everyday...you can get a great friendly service or an extremely poor one. It depends on who is working that day and shift...not consistent. I still recommend it though

Messed up my coffee twice (just a large ice with skim only) 2 long strains of hair found in my breakfast sandwich.
The staff at this restaurant appeared unprofessional and lacked enthusiasm for their work. They had difficulty with even the simplest tasks, which resulted in a frustrating experience.
I had a rather unpleasant experience at the restaurant. An irritable older woman was quite vocal and rude about my order. In a moment of frustration, I decided to leave in my Bugatti, but not before I asked her, "What color is your Bugatti?"
I ordered the brown sugar cream cold brew, and it was really delicious. However, I had a negative experience with the staff. The person at the window took my card from my hand without making eye contact or saying anything. When I attempted to thank him, he just turned and walked away. Due to this unprofessional service, I won’t be returning to this location.
Lady at the drive thru yelled at me and was rude.
