This is my new favorite place to get breakfast. The location is perfect and easy to find. Very friendly staff. And seriously every bite I took from my food was pure bliss. Especially her tomato bisque. I loved the atmosphere of this place and it felt very clean. And their prices are fantastic, I'm not sure if it's because they're newer, but I hope they won't go too much. Since I didn't think of this place. View all feedback.

Very recommended breakfast at the Copper Jacket Cafe. At the end of September 2018, the café opens great food and friendly staff. Portions can not be enormous, but the food is very high quality and definitely fill out. They make everything from a basic coffee to a latte and cappuccino and definitely better than your average diner coffee. Did not eat from the lunch menu, but everyone at our party enjoyed their food. I just wish it were closer so I could visit more often.
This place is great! The interior was nice and cozy, the staff was friendly, and the smoked salmonier Benedikt was delicious. Also I highly recommend the Acai Peanut Butter Banana Blueberry smoothie; best smoothie I ever had. We're definitely going back.
Copper Jacket Cafe is excellent, and I highly recommend them! We live right down the road from Copper Jacket, and we’ve been eagerly waiting for them to finally open. So glad we have an incredible breakfast/lunch place so close to home! The cafe has a beautiful covered porch that wraps around with outdoor seating. Not sure if they’ll be opening that up since it’s getting cooler now. The interior is simply but beautifully decorated that makes it seem super bright yet still cozy. The food was so delicious. They offer a wide array of options for both breakfast and lunch (which you can get either at anytime...in case you want a burger for breakfast! . We stuck with breakfast. I got an iced coffee, and my boyfriend got a peanut butter banana blueberry smoothie. The iced coffee was tasty, and the smoothie was so good that I actually ordered one myself to go before we left! For food, I got the breakfast skillet, and my boyfriend got the smoked salmon eggs Benedict with home fries. The skillet had pork sausage, home fries, peppers, and onions with cheese all on top. It comes with two eggs done your way. Thanks to the cast iron skillet it comes in, the food got nice and crispy on the edges, which made it even better. The smoked salmon eggs Benedict was delicious too! The hollandaise sauce was impressively good, and the eggs were perfectly poached. Hats off to the chef who truly outdid himself! He even went around to every table to see how everyone was enjoying their food. The rest of the staff was also super personable, welcoming, and attentive. Also, as a side note, I overheard the owner saying that they will have gluten free bread soon for those who like that as an option. I already can’t wait to go back to Copper Jacket Cafe, and I know I’ll be going here quite often. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious and locally sourced when possible, and the staff and chef are wonderful!
