Burger King - Hooks

Ended up with the best clean out since I last tried taco bell.

They lost a star because they forgot my fries. Ordering went smoothly, had to pull forward. My fries weren't really cold but they were really old. I don't mind being pulled up, but when I am everything should be fresh.

I stood in the line .two people in front of me.. their orders were taken.. I get to register and literally stood there 12min never acknowledged ... A manager and 2 employees walked passed me made eye contact and didn't even bother to say a word to me..nor did the employee working register that took other two orders and walked away quickly on me... Not to mention the store was filthy and the bathroom stinks!

Ordered Ck King and was not impressed. Supposed to have tomatoe Not! Chicken was bland not really any seasoning at all! I felt like I wasted the calories and tossed it after a few small bites. Don't waste your money on this one.

Based on other reviews, this Burger King location can be hit or miss. I have only used the drive-thru and have visited four times at different times of the day. I've noticed a decline in my experiences after 6pm. I've ordered items like Whoppers and Ch'king sandwiches, and about 60% of the time the food has been fresh and hot. However, there have been instances where it seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. The main issue is the availability of food and the long wait times in the drive-thru. On one occasion, I waited over 12 minutes for my order with only two cars ahead of me. Despite understanding the challenges of the current labor and food supply situation, the level of service has been disappointing. I will give this location another chance due to some positive experiences, but if the service continues to decline, I will choose another option. One positive aspect of this Burger King is its convenient location just off the road and in a gas station, making it easy to fill up on gas and other items.
