What Pieter van Cort doesn't like about Fort Noxx:
Beautiful building, really great service, very friendly and fast. We had the spare ribs and chicken burger. Wasn't tasty. Tinkering with the dishes seems like a good plan to me. And think of adding some vegetables, chicory with cheese, for example. Fries with parmesan cheese were very tasty. The noise was also an issue, hang something on the wall that absorbs it. Very nice setting in the fort of Hoofddorp. Friendly service that could be a bit faster (sometimes you have to wait a very long time). It's a pity that the ordered medium-rare steak was certainly served well done, there was nothing pink about it at all. Furthermore, the food was very tasty.
