What a wonderful dining experience! After a long day of traveling, we wanted only to relax and have some nice food, and Chef Chai certainly delivered. The appetizer sampler is perfect for two, with the foie gras mousse being a true highlight. The menu also features a variety of dishes showcasing high quality seafood and delicate fusion flavors. I came here after reading many positive reviews from different websites and this restaurant did not let me down. We very much enjoyed everything we?ve ordered here. What I loved particularly was the appetizer sampler, everything was innovative and extreme delicious, especially the foie gras form one and the duck meat taco.
