What Jennie Block doesn't like about Upper Modern Bistro:
My first time patronage with the recommendation from my bank. It is located in a hidden spot in Sheung Wan where you can enjoy the quiet and peaceful environment. The restaurant is nicely decorated and staff are really nice. Try the menu but the foods are not as good as expected in particular the oyster is not fresh.
