Staff is slow, gave us one menu to see between 4 when the entire restaurant was empty apart from our table and one other. Food arrived extremely slowly too given there were few customers around. Waiter also accidentally splashed water all over me when collecting a small dish. Shows a lack of tentativeness in their service. Pricing is decent and good for value for the food. Perhaps the reason why their waiters are less professional. One of my oysters was off. Some pastas were too heavily seasoned, aubergine pasta (too peppery), Parma ham pasta too greasy (oil dripping onto plate). Uni pasta, fish and pork was good for main course. Mud crab dish was the best dish. Dessert was a disaster apart from the miso ice cream, chocolate pudding tasted completely burnt, both soufflés had no taste.
