The restaurant is quite elegant, with plenty of room and not too crowded. The only downside is that they do not offer Wi-Fi service. Due to the location in the cellar, the cable reception is not perfect. However, I have heard that they have recently completed renovations and have improved the rooms, Wi-Fi, and services significantly. View all feedback.
What Una Nader doesn't like about Fairwood (china Insurance Group Building):
Fast food chain identical to all it's other shops. Curry chicken, roasted pork, milk and tea, everything pundit style. The only subtle part about this Cafe is that the dining area and kitchen are at the basement, therefore making itself an ideal place to sneaking out for personal meetings during office hours. Another good quality almost food-typed cantonese tee restaurant.
I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed with the overall experience. The food was of good quality and reasonably priced with a wide variety to choose from. The environment was pleasant and spacious, and the background music added to the ambiance. The service was top-notch, with a harmonious and courteous team that was well-trained. The lighting was comfortable and there were no contrasting issues. The restroom could use a bit of improvement in terms of warnings and cleanliness, but overall it was acceptable. The restaurant also met all the necessary Covid-19 protection regulations with proper equipment and easily accessible supplies. The air conditioning and ventilation were good as well. I would recommend this restaurant with the suggestion to promote menu items more to attract more customers and staff, and to ensure everyone stays safe during these challenging times. The restaurant is located in the basement. It may be a bit old, but the food quality is still good. The breakfast menu offers a variety of options, whether you prefer Chinese or Western dishes. Some of my favorites are congee, noodles, and fried eggs. I used to dine here 10 years ago and although I don't come often now, I still enjoy the experience, especially when I'm not in a rush.

The restaurant is in the basement, dining hall is clean and spacious. Food quality is okay, just like other Fairwood restaurants.
