This restaurant offers an innovative interpretation of traditional Cantonese dimsums, many of them lined in very attractive shapes, such as minced meat beef bags in the form of small pears! The draw of Social Place on the 2nd floor of the L. Place on Queen’s Road Central is reportedly modern and healthy Cantonese fare using fresh and high quality ingredients with no MSG. Had one of their set meals for dinner that was reasonably priced and the food was at least average or better. Sadly, the experience was spoilt by the poor service and attitude of the staff. Won’t be recommending this place to anyone. View all feedback.
