The food was great, that was not the problem, the young man who worked the counter was very respectful. My problem was the female cash register was very rude to a Hispanic couple who gave up their order. It was very clear that the Hispanic gentlemen could not speak well English instead of trying to understand and patiently with the PAYING COLLEN that they cried to him to speak and then laughed as if it were funny. This has to be the rudest subway I?ve ever visited. The staff was rude and had attitudes. I bought a wrap and she cut it diagonally and all my food spilled on me. You should hire people who enjoy being around people. View all feedback.
The lady was world class, she even took a blind to the bathroom.
Sandwiches here are pretty good. If they are made right the personal pizza they sell are great.

We recently had an excellent experience at Subway, located at 424 Cahaba Park Circle, Birmingham, Alabama 35242. Erin and Macon provided us with friendly and polite service, and the food was fantastic. They greeted us warmly upon our arrival and encouraged us to come back, which we definitely plan to do. The food was excellent, and that wasn’t the issue at all. The young man at the counter was very polite. However, my problem was with the female cashier, who was extremely rude to a Hispanic couple while they were placing their order. It was obvious that the Hispanic gentleman struggled with English, yet instead of trying to be understanding and patient with the paying customers, she yelled at him to speak up and then laughed as if it were a joke.
