I had a great experience at this location! The manager Marcus was so professional and kind and Jamichael (spelling might be wrong) made my drink to perfection. I love extra caramel in my frozen iced coffee and he did not disappoint! My breakfast sandwich was packed with bacon and was nice and hot. This has been my favorite trip to a Dunkin so far. I come here regularly in the morning before work and the guy that works the speaker is so Amazing. My problem with this location is the white lady that works the window. Her attitude is not so welcoming and she never has manners and also has the habit of messing up my order. I instantly get a bad vibe when I pull to the window and I don’t like that. The guy who works the drive through early in the mornings most days is legendary. Super positive and friendly. Makes my day

It's a nice location you can tell they are understaffed at times. The employees are very friendly and went out of the way to make sure my order was perfect.
If I wanted a cup of Frozen ice I could have got that from home this literally had no flavor and no coffee besides the fact the inside was closed and I had to go through the drive-thru I always do online app order and wasn't too happy with the service but it was a little better than the actual product not please I normally go to the one on Montgomery Highway 31 and I definitely will go back to that one
Got breakfast on Tuesday September 5th at 9:25 and had a bad customer experience. Everyone had a bad attitude and I told them 2 times to do light syrup and sweetener with my iced coffee. I think they didn’t like me telling them that and decided to do double so I couldn’t even drink it.
