I?ve been several times. Food is up to normal chipotle standard, but this place is so understaffed I haven?t gotten my food at a reasonable time ever. I really want this to be a reliable spot but it isn?t right now and I can?t recommend their business untilthey properly fill out a full staff for this place. Disappointing. View all feedback.

I walked in to place my order about 30 minutes before closing. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Ordered chicken bowls with the works. A sign at the drive thru said come inside to be served, so I did. Now that I found the place, I'lllikely visit 2 or 3 times a month.
Placed an online order this location a week ago and when I went to pick it up there was a sign on the window saying they were closed and to go online to get a refund. And yesterday they had the doors closed and were only doing online orders through thedrive through causing a long wait just to pick it up. Management needs to take action and make corrections now because thisplace is going downhill fast!!
Horrible service. Doors were locked. Only drive thru was open to pick up only online orders. Mine had been ready for 30 minutes by the time I picked it up. They had one car sitting waiting for 15 minutes with the line not moving. Why would you not havethat car pull up and serve everyone behind them whose orders were already ready? Horribly run place. Total disaster.
It's sad to say but I don't think I have ever had a pleasant experience at this Chipotle location. I have visited a few times since they opened hoping that they have worked the kinks out, but it seems like there might be some bigger issues since they arestill having a lot of issues. The last time I went they were out of lettuce and their drink machine was down. I would like toadd that they didn't tell me that the drink machine was down until after I paid for a fountain drink and then tried to get adrink out of it on my own. This seems to be the normal for this location which is sad because I think there is a lot ofpotential for a Chipotle in this area, but it's hard to keep giving them chances when nothing seems to be improving.
