Unfortunately, the queso was ter... read more I felt overlooked as an immigrant, having been ignored by two staff members. Eventually, the bartender came over and served us. Unfortunately, the queso was terrible, and the steak was overcooked. The only positive note was that the bartender was very friendly and attentive.

She noticed that we requested a gluten-free menu and came to our table after we had ordered to confirm who at our table had the allergy. My wife has a gluten allergy, and we've had several unfortunate experiences in the past with gluten-free options being mismanaged. Fortunately, the manager took the time to verify our order, ensuring that she received a safe dish and helping us avoid another potentially bad experience. All the staff were polite, and we truly appreciate the military discount they offer. Thank you!

After enjoying a late lunch, I ordered a family dinner (Crispy Chicken with Mac 'n Cheese) for a meeting later in the day. When I went to serve the food, I realized that the chicken was missing. At first, I thought there wasn't much I could do, but I decided to call and speak to someone about it. I spoke with Catherine (sp), and she was incredibly helpful. She promised to leave a note in the office for a free replacement dinner for me to pick up during my next visit! I was really impressed. Thank you!
