Unfortunately, the queso was ter... read more I felt overlooked as an immigrant, having been ignored by two staff members. Eventually, the bartender came over and served us. Unfortunately, the queso was terrible, and the steak was overcooked. The only positive note was that the bartender was very friendly and attentive.

After enjoying a late lunch, I ordered a famil... read more I absolutely love the food here! The service is always outstanding! Today, however, I encountered a little issue. After enjoying a late lunch, I ordered a family dinner (Crispy Chicken with Mac 'n Cheese) for a meeting later in the day. When I went to serve the food, I realized that the chicken was missing. At first, I thought there wasn't much I could do, but I decided to call and speak to someone about it. I spoke with Catherine (sp), and she was incredibly helpful. She promised to leave a note in the office for a free replacement dinner for me to pick up during my next visit! I was really impressed. Thank you!
