Since moving to South Hadley a few years ago, we discovered Mel's and have been frequent visitors ever since! We’ve never had a bad meal there, and the service is exceptional! Laurie and Deb are wonderful hosts, and we always enjoy chatting about Aruba. Your meat sauce is legendary—people either love it or hate it; I, for one, have grown to really appreciate it. The service was good, but I was appalled by the behavior of one of the male cooks. He yelled at a pregnant woman so aggressively that she left in tears. It was truly shameful and disgraceful. View all feedback.

This restaurant has been an excellent choice for many years. Please take note of the new phone numbers as of November 2021. I highly recommend it!!!
Mel's is reopened for take-out service only. For the menu and hours (Wednesday to Sunday, 3 PM to 8 PM), please check their Facebook page.
Didn't get to dine in. You ran out of your delicious sauce. So sad to see your restaurant closing. You'll be missed very much.
