When I order a vegetable anything I expect i... read more I ordered a vegetable Pad Thai. It is very bland and dry. I picked it up right when they told me it would be ready. When I order a vegetable anything I expect it to have a fair amount of vegetables in it. This Sad Thai had maybe 3 pieces of broccoli, acouple mushrooms, two giant onion strands, and a poorly cut up bean of some kind. The noodles are dry enough to have formed asolid brick. I spent time making this thing edible and it was all for naught. If you can't execute an item on your menu youshouldn't have it as an option. 1 out of 10 would not recommend.

Love that I can get my pork fried rice without veggies in it, and there's always plenty of of it. They don't skimp on anythingportion sizes are more than enough.

I love how crispy the crab ragoons are and the chicken wings are impressively good for a place that doesn't specialize in wings. The food isalways hot when we pick it up and the family is super sweet. I haven't tried their sushi yet, but there Americanized Chinesedishes are super solid and classic. My favorite in Holyoke.

Unfortunately, scallion pancakes were in Styrofoam: make sure to ask them to put it in a paper box or recyclable plastic when ordering. I did appreciate they actually let me say whether or not I needed disposableforks etc, since many restaurants put them in the bag even after I've said please don't. This makes me think they'll bereceptive to a request to use the non-styrofoam options if asked, so I'll definitely get food there again

The fried rice was hard and cold, the crab rangoon were gross (and I love those things typically, even bad ones), and the egg roll wasbland. The food needs more flavor and seasoning or something.
