Friendly's - Holyoke

I had a wonderful time trying their amazing ice cream! The waitress was excellent and provided great service, although I forgot her name. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

"This restaurant is in a fantastic location. We went on a Sunday afternoon and were greeted by a friendly staff member at the ice window to take our order. They were very patient with our three children as they decided what they wanted, even letting them taste some flavors before making a decision. It was a memorable experience and we had a great time during our visit!"

Great place to go for ice treats and tasty take out like burgers and pommes that I prefer about Five Guys. Make sure to get the app and sign up for the generous rewards of friendly based on activities like dollars spent or bought Sundaes. The staff is usually not very energetic or enthusiastic, but they get the job well done. The order in advance via the app is ideal to spend little time in the restaurant for departure. Look at this if you're not yet!

Stopped by for dinner with my friend. We had a great time! Tammy the General Manager does a wonderful job. She is very personable, polite, and hard working and you can tell she loves her job! Keep up the great work. I will be back again to see her!
