The tasting menu was spectacular. Every course exquisite and imaginative, each introduced to us by a chef from the kitchen with knowledge, insight and enthusiasm. We also chose to take the matched flight of wines by the glass well worth it, with some really interesting wines all chosen by the maitre d' proprietor. The minimal description of the courses on the menu hides an amazing array of flavours and textures from an innovative tasting experience. For me the stand out dishes were, well quite simply all of them. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient. Our meals were served by the chefs who created them, which was a nice touch.
