Ubicado en una encantadora casa georgiana restaurada en el pintoresco pueblo de mercado de Holt, en la costa norte de Norfolk, nuestro pequeño restaurante con habitaciones ofrece una experiencia culinaria única. Galardonado con una estrella Michelin, este lugar íntimo cuenta con solo tres habitaciones, donde el enfoque es hiperlocal, el diseño es impecable y cada detalle es pura perfección. Tal como destaca The Times, realizar el viaje hasta Holt merece totalmente la pena. Ofrecemos almuerzos los sábados y cenas de miércoles a sábado. Cerramos domingos, lunes y martes. Simply: wow! The tasting menu was spectacular. Every course exquisite and imaginative, each introduced to us by a chef from the kitchen with knowledge, insight and enthusiasm. We also chose to take the matched flight of wines by the glass well worth it, with some really interesting wines all chosen by the maitre d' proprietor. Our first time at Meadowsweet and we were not disappointed. Superb food and service in a contemporary setting. The minimal description of the courses on the menu hides an amazing array of flavours and textures from an innovative tasting experience. For me the stand out dishes were, well quite simply all of them. Service was friendly, attentive and efficient. Our meals were served by the chefs who created them, which was a nice touch.
