Simply: wow! The tasting menu was spectacular. Every course exquisite and imaginative, each introduced to us by a chef from the kitchen with knowledge, insight and enthusiasm. We also chose to take the matched flight of wines by the glass well worth it, with some really interesting wines all chosen by the maitre d' proprietor. An exemplary restaurant experience. Perfection throughout incredible value. Greg his team were amazing at not only producing but serving explaining delectable dish after dish.
