Galardonado con una estrella Michelin, este lugar íntimo cuenta con solo tres habitaciones, donde el enfoque es hiperlocal, el diseño es impecable y cada detalle es pura perfección. Tal como destaca The Times, realizar el viaje hasta Holt merece totalmente la pena. Ofrecemos almuerzos los sábados y cenas de miércoles a sábado. Cerramos domingos, lunes y martes.
