Einstein Bros. Bagels - Hollywood

I stopped by on my way to dropping my daughter off to school. I wasn't acknowledge nor greeted yet an older gentleman walked in and was immediately greeted with a good morning. When it was our turn, we were simply asked what are you ordering this morning.We weren't asked for a name for our order yet the customer after us was greeted with a good morning and asked for a name. Wewait 14 minutes for 2 bagels and we were the second person there. I usually go to the Einstein on Pines however decided to go tothis location beecause it was on my way to dropping my daughter off to school in Hollywood. Seems like the Hispanic cashier onlygave good customer service to non-black customers. It left a distasteful experience in my mind.

Bagels are great but customer experience is w.e. maybe because its a chain but its only good for take out, and Preferably if you order ahead.

The bathroom here is incredibly dirty; they need to at least clean the toilet. After seeing that, I completely lost my appetite. If I do decide to come back, the bagels are good, but the coffee is consistently cold. It seems like they don’t change it frequently or they simply run out of coffee.

I ordered my usual Texas Brisket and Egg Sandwich online, but this time I received the wrong order. Unfortunately, I didn't check my sandwich before leaving, and I really regret that! When I opened it up, I found that it was burnt, had a lot of undercooked bacon, and was piled high with cold cheese. I'm quite disappointed because I was really looking forward to enjoying breakfast to start my day right.

I visited the Hollywood, FL location this morning and had some trouble with my order. The clerk didn't seem to understand what I wanted and ended up deducting points from my account. I thought I was being clear, but it didn't go well. I usually don’t experience any issues with my orders during the week; the staff is fluent in English, I always receive a warm greeting by my first name, and my orders are spot on. However, the atmosphere on weekends is quite different. I think I’ll stick to shopping on weekdays from now on.
