Dunkin' - Hollywood

Came on 18th March 2022. order an icey latte with milk, caramel and cold foam. said to them halfway milk half cold foam. they did not do that and not caramelized, but accused me of it. also ordered a hot chocolate with cream instead of full milk. it tasted like milk, no chocolate at all. I'm not even dramatic. I threw it away. I also ordered 2 wake up speck wraps next to a bagel and sausage sandwich. they didn't give me the waking wraps and they accused me of it. they literally didn't get a single thing right. do not go to this place.

Zero stars this place always puts too much sugar on my drink or they leave it warm witjout eis. the fat dame with the curly hair that works here is extremely rud they roll their eyes on me when I told her to drink korrecm y. she threatened to knock the police on me if I didn't stop screaming her well as I shouldn't scream, u cant do ur job!

They have improved from the last time order quickly and received them on the afternoon. even with a huge line of passage, they were not broken or at least not to my eyes. the manager seemed to be involved, which is clearly a beautiful change.

Why order for cutb-side when nobody ever brings it out! the second time this happened. I'm very upset this morning. I wait almost 12 minutes to go in and it's there on the switch, but no one brought it out. signs of laziness! I'm so fed. I'll go last time. I can't do that anymore. it's too early in yhe morning that I'm so angry. they count their days dd.

Always fresh! I love this location. Very open and presentable. Welcoming environment.
