The restaurant offers a wonderful selection of Haitian and Bahamian dishes, and the lunch specials are carefully crafted. I particularly enjoyed the fried conch with griot. A poetic review will be coming soon from the poet Saithepoet, a legacy without title.

I had a lovely experience trying Haitian cuisine for the first time at Alamod. The staff was very helpful in recommending dishes, and I really enjoyed the akra fry. It was clear that the food was cooked and served with care and love, something that is rare to find in many restaurants. I wish Alamod all the best in the future!

The service was good, but the person who prepared my meal was disappointing. When I asked for more, he refused and gave me very little food for $19, which was unfair.

The owner and frontman who were there were professional, courteous and friendly. eating was great – high quality and stood above the other haitian places we tried. we got the stew chicken and Tasso-Kabriot (fried goat), both with dirt (black rice), fried plantains and pikliz. they can say that they care and effort in their food, from the texture and fresh of the meat and rice (they know that some put hard chewing meat well above its original, old dry rice, etc. to the quick picture of the wobbles and paprika that they garnish the escapes.

Best Haitian food from Vero Beach to Miami. The Akra, Marinade, Diri joujou, was so flavorful. This was truly authentic Haitian cuisine. The staff was so friendly, receiving us with a warm welcoming. I don't usually post a review, but Alamod Carribean Restaurant has been on my taste bud since. I'm so proud ?? ?? ??
