TGI FRIDAYS - Hollywood

The appetizers were good, but the ducks were not as expected. My pasta dish lacked spices, taste. My son's burger was overcooked. We got a service fee bc it was more than 6 of us I would guess the waitress said it wasn't all going to her, but to all employees... sometimes strange and unusual. This is not the kind of restaurant I often visit, so I almost expected it to be moderate. The Mango peach lemonade was great!

When we arrived there, we were told that their open table reservations were on the computer, but that we would sit pretty fast what we were after a few minutes. They had very good deals on the food and it was quite delicious. We were disappointed that they don't have coffee to waste. You said her order didn't come. Service was good. Total a good price

We had the chickens Caesar wraps. Very fresh and delicious. The chips are a nice touch. The salad in the sandwiches was very crisp. Our waitress was nice. The only thing I don't like is every time I go on these Fridays, they give us a hard time about the Open Table reservations and points. They solve the recognition of the program and waste a lot of time at the reception. Either they're in or out. Corporate must make a decision.

My husband and I recently ordered the chicken sandwiches at this restaurant and we were very happy with the quality. The sandwiches came with a generous portion of fries, and we were pleasantly surprised to find out that there was a Wednesday special offering the sandwich for only $5.00. However, I do have one complaint - every time we mention our Open Table reservation to the hostess or any other employee, they immediately say they do not use Open Table. This has happened multiple times now and it is frustrating. If the restaurant does not participate in Open Table, they should remove themselves from the website. I will continue to email Open Table after my visits to make sure I receive my points.

The staff exhibited a lackluster attitude, showing no signs of welcoming hospitality or gratitude. There was no effort to make diners feel appreciated or encourage a return visit.
