This the best kosher grocery store in south FL. I love all the different varieties from vendors.

I love shopping at KC and love all their food from their takeout counter etc. My issue arose when I ordered food for a party and the catering dept delivered the food 1- not party ready. It was super cold, like it had possibly been made in advance and frozen 2- when warmed up we realized that half the pans of pasta were actually spoiled. Mistakes happen and we tried to be understanding but when we tried to reach out to the catering dept to figure it out , no one took our calls or responded to our emails! They had always been super responsive to our emails during the ordering and payment process but when there was an issue we couldn’t get in touch with anyone. After multiple emails and repeated phone calls I didn’t finally get an email after 3 days saying we must have done something wrong when we warmed it up ?!? There were no instructions on pans , they gave us a cardboard box with pans in it. (Didn’t even have serving utensils) I warmed it up at 250 for 2 hours before the event. To the best of my knowledge that would be the best way to do since it was a lot of big pans and I didn’t want it to burn or dry out. If it required special warming instructions they should have been given to us! Or warmed up before they were delivered ! Clearly something went wrong on their end and they took no accountability! Very disappointing. Imagine putting together a simcha for weeks and then having ur guests show up and one after another they are throwing out their plates of food and coming over to you to tell you something is off with the pasta! Basic basic courtesy would be for Kc to at least call me and have a proper conversation, not just send a cryptic message 3 days later.

Can't get enough of this supermarket. Finally, a one-stop shop for all needs. The fried shushi is the best. They make custom orders on the spot. A family member doesn't like avocado, so they make it with cucumber and salmon instead. Very accommodating!
