Everything was great, super team work. Debbie and Paulina were fantastic and so professional. Cork airport hotel you are lucky to have these two ladies as part of your team.

Extremely friendly and helpful front of house but resteraunt is absolutely atrocious. I never leave reviews but had such a bad experience in the resteraunt that I felt it necessary to share. I was waiting over half an hour for a ham and cheese panini. Nothing else, just a simple ham and cheese panini. I would understand the wait if the resteraunt was full but there was maybe 2 other people there at the time. I asked the waitress would my food be much longer, she said it would be another 2 minutes and didn 't arrive for another 10 minutes after. (not the waitresses fault at all she was a lovely girl). When I got my ' ' panini ' ' it turned out to be a ham and cheese toastie in soggy barley toasted white bread and I got charged 10 euro for this. Are you labelling toasties as paninis just so you can charge extra for something else that sounds ' fancy '? Honestly would 've been more satisfied with a big mac from mcdonalds absoultely appalling for a hotel that is meant to be 4 star

Just simple good natured people with a plethora of wise sayings adorning the walls which shows a caring side to this place. Austere looking from the outside but warm on the inside. Very comfortable for a one night stopover.

Lovely clean hotel fabulous food and great service the bar man paul was really helpful
