Firehouse Subs South Park Village

Nice staff... But really cheap on the meat! BLT's were more like LT's. We ordered 2 Larges. One had only 2 strips of bacon on 1/2 the sandwich. The the other we had to take the bacon off one half and put it on the other. These are about $10 sandwiches! I have had great success at Firehouse at crossroadsssroads.

Ordered online quarter till 6 Pickup time was 6 Pickup wasn?t ready until 6:10 Nothing special, not sure it?s worth the money ordered an ?engineer? supposed to have mushrooms ? and such there were like 3 half or quarter slices. As you can see in the pictures at just about $8 per sub to me doesn?t seem worth it.

Today we have placed an order online for collection. Pays their extra high price for a combo. When we got there, they told us they had NO ICE and NO COLD DRINKS for sale. Okay, things happen. Customize my sum or give me the opportunity to drink a drink w/ no ice cream. No. They didn't care. I have to go to the car to find that they did not get the chips (which came with the combo) in the pocket, nor did they have the additional side of the chips we paid in the bag We had to go back to get them. How about not taking orders for drinks if you don't have ice cream (at 1:00). There is a Harris Teeter in the parking lot. They sell ice cream. Or better, TELL customers don't have ice cream before you ring the drink. The person in the register ordered the person after me a drink and never said a word about not having ice cream. Staff didn't take care of a bit. I paid $25 for 2 med subs, 2 chips and 1 medium drink. Lesson learned. There are large parts in the whole city. I'm sorry, but the customer service is everything. Again, I get things to happen, not a problem. But if it doesn't matter to the staff and does nothing to do it right, it's just a bad service.

I love their sandwiches! I love the fact that they grill the sandwiches so that it is nice and warm. Your hot sauce is added bonus.
