The worst! Whonis the manager? This place is a zoo. Trash everywhere, 10 employees on a Thursday night and it's pure nastiness! I waited 12 min for chicken. By the time the chicken came out, the rice that was left on the counter was cold. Worst experience ever! View all feedback.
Foods ok but customer experience inside or with the drive thru lane is miserable....
Disgusting!!! Everything is dirty right at open?! We walked out after seeing the chicken cooking on a dirty grill!!
Got to this location right when it opened. Dirty windows on the front doors and saw the clearly not cleaned grill from who knows how long. Walked in and out and won't be back..food poisoning waiting to happen.
Something is SERIOUSLY wrong with this location and they are not upto Chipotle’s standards at all. The quality and the quantity of the food is super poor and the staff aren’t friendly.
This has got to be the slowest and dirtiest Chipotle I've ever been to. Have never had a good experience here and vowed never to come back...but my teens really wanted it tonight and I had hoped for a good experience. I order on the app, arrive 20 minutes after it tells me my food will be ready and still have to wait another 30 minutes for them to even start my order! Half the time they're out of ingredients and the restaurant is always a complete mess and so gross.
