Starbucks - Hollister

Our last visit, yes everything was correct, BUT, if you're used to the price from a standalone Starbucks store. Their prices do vary from standalones to these add-on stores for Starbucks. We called corporate because our normal price was a $7 difference just in a few flavor additions to the coffee. Beware that they can add whatever cost they want without letting us know, just go to the standalone store down the street, Yes they take more time but you won't be overcharged like we were today.

Not as good as it was asked for extra hot received warm .I always need to check to see if my lid will stays on and no coffee sleeve.And then the guy was in a rush to take order and of course with with a F d attitude.

We just got in line at the target location and the line was pretty long. My 1 year old son was very fussy because he was hungry. I was hoping to grab him a cheese stick quickly but they didn't have any. The boss/manager Julie came out to check on my son because he was upset and helped point out a fruit pouch for him. She also personally brought him a small cup of whole milk because he couldn't wait anymore. Little did she know she made my entire day by just being a kind person. That goes a long way. The customer service was great. The entire staff was kind and accommodating. Thank you Julie for being an awesome person! You rock!

This was my first trip to this Starbucks, Great customer service! Very helpful, in fact, I stopped by before leaving Target for a refill. Wish I had asked for the two young men's name so that they could be recognized for the great customer service.

If you see 3 cars at the drive thru, you wont come out till 45 minutes latter, you been warned lol
