I might be a bit biased since I work here, but Isaac has done an incredible job creating a welcoming atmosphere for people to come together and enjoy great coffee and delicious food! As the owner, he strives each day to provide excellent service and encourages his employees to do the same, while also being open to innovative ideas for the menu. Speaking of the menu, it’s fantastic and healthy! All of the protein shakes are tasty, and the gourmet toasts are equally impressive. My personal favorite is a new addition called the Hot Mouth. I’m really grateful for this place and would absolutely recommend it to anyone!

Mark and I are currently in Branson, and we were on the hunt for a cozy coffee shop to relax for a bit. Naturally, we wanted to support a local business, so we discovered Hollister Coffee Co. Isaac, the owner, has created a wonderful space with a great atmosphere. You definitely have to check it out! It’s an excellent spot to unwind.

This restaurant is fantastic! The decor is charming, and I instantly felt at home. I adore the fireplace and the music adds to the ambiance! I tried the blueberry muffin, and it was so delicious that I wanted to order another one! I can only imagine how great the Monkey Business toast is! I'm really glad they open at 7:30 in the morning, as it allows me to grab a muffin and coffee on my way to work. If you haven't had the chance to visit yet, I highly recommend it. I will definitely be returning. The staff is wonderful, the coffee is exceptional, and the atmosphere is lovely! 5 stars!
