Subway - Holland

Some employees at this restaurant are willing to make coffee upon request, while others may flat out refuse. However, there are a couple of employees who are happy to do it. Many Walmart employees enjoy having coffee in the morning, especially now that the weather is getting colder.

Called ahead to the holland location to make sure they were participating in the footling BOGO deal, and was told that they were. Went into the store and was told that we would need to download the app and order online to take advantage of that, which they did not mention over the phone. Stood inside and downloaded the app and ordered and then was told “ oh I guess we are not doing the BOGO here”. That was after standing in the store for 20 minutes trying to get the app order situated. No one seemed to care or have the power to do the right thing and keep their word. Quite disappointing

The restaurant is good, but their lobby is frequently closed.

The two employees behind the counter simply carried on an entire personal conversation the whole time...uninterested in being attentive to there customers. Asking what I wanted on my sandwich after I had already told them several times. Completely distracted. Terrible service.

The only downside for me was the teenage workers (girls), which is surprising coming from a teenage boy myself haha. They came across as rude and irritated.
