My kids ordered a pizza with ham and banana peppers. The restaurant wasn't busy or loud. They specifically requested banana peppers, but the server brought a pizza with ham and pineapple instead. She explained that banana peppers weren't available, so she added pineapple instead. Since it was our first visit, the kids assumed banana peppers were on the menu, and she should have informed them that they weren’t available while they were ordering. After I mentioned that they wouldn’t eat it, she changed her response and said, “Well, they ordered pineapple.” Then, she just walked away. This happened on Monday around 5:00 PM.
