The staff was rude and almost yelled at me when I asked questions. It wasn't busy, so I wasn't holding up any lines. I ordered chicken strips, and they tasted like they were made a week ago. The ends were so tough that I could only eat the middle part. For $12.00, I feel completely cheated. I won't be returning! Definitely a disappointing visit.

I tried calling back,... read more I ordered $60 worth of food, but it was old, hard, and inedible. When I called the restaurant, a young man yelled at me and then hung up. I tried calling back, but they kept hanging up on me. The next morning, I called to explain what had happened and to ask for my receipt, which they never provided. I also returned the food that morning, but I was told there were no refunds and they couldn't give me a receipt. I contacted corporate, and as of today—two weeks later—I am still waiting for a callback. I will never return to this restaurant again; I'm extremely frustrated.

We threw all our food away and will never return and will ensure everyone we know won’t return. Tried calling but they don’t answer.
