Hardee's - Holland

This place rocks! Wish they had more locations in Michigan. This one is in a truck stop, but they don't let that limit them one bit. Great food! Great service! Always fast, and the fries always seem to be piping hot!

Well the Manger took care of me. I explained my complaint and was more so asking for a resolution. So I order onions rings and they tasted like total unediable food. I brought my concern to the Manger told her what I order. She told me that that's how there onions ring taste like now and that she even stop ordering them after Hardee's change them from beer batter to just breaded. I never new about this change but apparently some Hardee's have these unsavory breaded onions ring now. She offer to replace them with curly fries. Which I said ok. But she continued to go above what I expected by refunding my order and remaking the whole order with the included sandwich. I will mark this place as a place to never order onions ring for my future reference. But it will also be marked as a store that goes above and beyond my expectations for resolution of problems with food quality. The breakfast was delicious and served quickly. The food was fresh and not just kept warm under a heat lamp.

I always make it a point to stop by this restaurant for breakfast or sometimes lunch, depending on the time of day. You can't go wrong with either option. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a family-run business. Do they continue to do a great job?

The french fries were burnt and I had to wait in line for over 10 minutes. It seemed that the only person who knew how to operate the register went on break. However, the Frisco burger was delicious.
