All the staff here are so lovely! I've been coming here for months.

This place has a lot of room for improvement. The wait times are excessive, and I've noticed that many people, including myself, leave if there are more than one or two cars in the drive-thru line. It seems like every time I visit, something is off—either the toaster oven is broken or my order is incorrect. I'm also really put off by the fact that they hand the card machine through the drive-thru window to ask for a tip. While the staff is friendly, the management needs to pay attention to this location. Save yourself the trouble and look for another spot for coffee or breakfast.

I was a bit disappointed. I purchased drinks for myself and my employees, and the total came to $12 and some change. I mentioned to the lady at the counter that it shouldn't be that much with the buy one get one free offer. She scanned it again, and the price dropped by only $1. I had clearly asked for the BOGO deal, and I wasn't really impressed.

Absolutely they love their ice cream with butter bear taste. I'll go to biggby every time I'm in michigan. I would like to have one of them in central Georgia. hugo aka horhay, works on this. all are kind. love hugo! cleaner loading. easy parking space. go thru available.

If I were able to give 0 stars I would. I was there on Friday, March 25,2022. I gave them our order which was 3 small drinks alike and then 2 coffees and 1 vanilla drink. All smalls. The young woman said our order was large would we drive up and come inside to pick it up. There were 3 employees working. I then asked for them to bring it out since I had children in my car. The young woman so ok. It was downhill from there. After 10 minutes which became 20 minutes which became 30 minutes my daughter went inside. They had forgotten about our order. After another 20 minutes we had our drinks. My daughter stood and told them to keep working on our drinks. My daughter heard they ran out of milk and substituted Low-fat without letting the customers know. Certainly they need a manager who knows how to run a coffee business. We will not be going back to that Biggby?s again.
