Arby's - Holland

I like their food. Jalapeño poppers are pretty good. This location on James is very slow. I was there a couple months ago but thought I'd give then another try. Every time I go I have to pull ahead and it takes at least 10 min to get my food. I like Arby's, but not this location.

Excellent food and always great customer service. Love eating here I never been disappointed with their service.

Any time we've ever gone to this Arby's in Holland, the food has been fantastic. Hot fries, sandwiches and mozzarella sticks. The Arby's on 68th street here in Cutlerville could learn something from them.

Went to this Arby 's location for lunch, (12:37 pm 3/29/22). The drive through attendant, Stephanie has been rude both times at this location. The first time she cut off my friend when taking our order. The second time we returned for lunch again, my friend placed the order and told Stephanie we wanted ranch sauce with our order, when we arrived at the drive through window, she took our money and told my friend next time he has to tell her at speaker what sauce he wants. My friend told Stephanie, he told her what sauce he wanted, she shot back and got mouthy and said, 'You didn 't tell me and were telling everybody, because she has to walk and get the ranch. ' Boo hoo you have to walk. I 'm going to call corporate about the hassle my friend got, Stephanie has no business running the drive through she rude and lazy. My friend and I will not be returning to this Arby 's.
