I went back today since I was in town for the nightI had moo shu shrimp (not sure on spelling) with steamed rice.
Terrible service. The restaurant is very dirty. Many friends and family recommended this place and I was highly disappointed. Won't be coming back.
I think New Empire serves up some of the best Chinese food in Toledo.
