Being a vegan, it can be difficult to find a restaurant that has options for me to eat, especially one with only 10 items on the menu. However, when we were celebrating my grandmother's 80th birthday, we called ahead and spoke to the manager about my dietary restrictions. I have visited Francks restaurant about 6-7 times in the past and have always had a great experience. We often bring out of town guests there, but our recent visit was disappointing. The service was friendly, though a bit lacking at times. Unfortunately, three of our entrees, including the meatloaf, were not up to par, and one dish, a fish dish, was inedible. Absolutely one of the best meals I've had in a long time. If you're in salt lake City, a definite place to eat. Do not miss.
Went for a private dinner matching Level Crossing beers with six courses of food. The restaurant is beautifully set in a quiet area with great tree coverage. The servers were great they were very attentive and provided prompt service. The food was enjoyable and tasty. Everyone seemed like they were having a great time working there.
Lamb shank was delicious, carefully prepared and cooked. The meatloaf was good but not great. The carrot cake was average and a bit unusual.
Steak will never be the same after today because the wagyu steak was phenomenal and out of this world ???? The first bite was an experience I wish to have over and over again. Tyler was thorough and service was prompt and friendly. Lamb shank, porcini soup,beets, salad, and pumpkin ice cream sandwich were delectable. The craft cocktails were also divine. Incredible Ameri-Southern French traditional dishes with a cute secluded outdoors space. Every dish was on point, and it did not disappoint in celebration of my 5 year anniversary. One of the best restaurants in Salt Lake City.
