Several sauces were included for the missing items, but that didn’t make up for the incomplete meal. Additionally, the woman taking orders was distracted by a personal phone call while assisting customers.

On the rare occasions when it wasn't, we returned the next day and received sincere attention to our concerns. The ladies working there are fantastic! Additionally, we've used DoorDash, and while Arby's generally does a good job with order readiness, this location always excels and communicates effectively if there's a wait on fries. They truly rock!

I requested extra servings of Bronco Berry sauce, Arby’s sauce, and Horsey sauce, but I only received three of each. To top it off, there were only three napkins for all eight sandwiches. The sandwiches were really dry. Additionally, the young lady at the drive-thru could have shown a bit more courtesy—she needed to learn to say "please." We were asked to pull forward even though there was no one waiting behind us.
