We orderd a bucket of chicken today it costs Give us $58. This is a second time that we have come across this problem. They shorted us our biscuits and blame it on Uber eats. However they sealed the package before Uber eats gets it I call and they said basically it's not their. Problem call Uber eats. Why is it Uber eats problem When they seal the bag. Then they tell me to get in my car and drive there and they will give it to me for free today. Only figure that out I won't order from them agan if you cannot make your customer happy Then they should close their doors rant over.
Went through the drive thru and ordered the new chicken nuggets meal! What a freaking joke! These nuggets are so small and whoever packed the box should be ashamed of the scraps of fried batter that was counted as nuggets!! The biscuit was so small that the container of sauce was bigger than it!! To top it off none of it was fresh at all!! What a waste of money!! Do better KFC!!
In detail I went to the newest KFC in Holiday, FL and I get it.I got there like 9:58 pm in drive-thru and most of the time when you're closing, people tend to rush the order and give you what's left over. Say for instance I got a deal 5pcs for $5. I didn't get an option original or crispy or what parts. I was in a cab and it took 10 mins. When I got home, it was all chicken wings and they weren't hot and kinda dry. This is why I rated it the way I did. I wanted the eight-piece for $10 what they offered me a deal 5 pcs for $5. I don't like a bargain so I went for it. I was disappointed when I saw what they had given me.
There was a not nice man we will just say who was unhappy with the response he got but he so deserved. I was do impressed with the staff though because we were waiting for this gentleman to shut up and order or get hell out the way excuse my French. But it was closing time by the time he exited the drive thru but this crew sold us and whomever was left whatever they could and were still so kind and apologetic for something and someone out of their control. But kudos to them on being professional and taking the higher road cause at the end of the day when you think no one is watching remember he is and if you k own you know. Good food and awesome staff.
This is the worst place I’ve ever ordered food from. This kFC is disgusting. The young lady who’s a manager. Can keep her bad attitude. Twice I’ve ordered food through the drive through. Chicken sandwich, and wings. Chicken sandwich was uncooked in the middle. The wings was bad. Out of date, like funky smelling bad. Didn’t notice till I got home. My son chicken strips or whatever you can call them. Just terrible. And this was a while ago. Just recently. My miss stopped by. Gave them another try. Greatly failed. That’s why I’m adding the past few times in. Wasted time and money. No trust with any KFC because of you guys. Thank you. 56 years old. And your store did it for me. Deserve a trophy for that.
