Feedback
This was my second visit to Walter's Basin, and our party of seven was incredibly impressed with the whole experience. The food was outstanding—fresh, perfectly prepared, and the menu offered a wide variety to please everyone. From the French fries to the seafood, salads, burgers, and mac and cheese, everything was delicious. The drinks were also reasonably priced and definitely not watered down like in many other restaurants. The wait staff was friendly and attentive. The highlight was enjoying our meal while gazing out at the stunning Squam Lake through the large row of windows in the dining room, where we even spotted our first loon of the season. This restaurant has risen to the top of our favorites list, and it's worth the over hour-long drive to get there.
