False advertising as far as business hours. Pulled up to the drive thru and was told at 6:35 pm they were closed. Hours say 5am to 7pm. Meal type: Other
Electronic tips that you give when paying with card don't go to employees. That should be stated to you when you are paying as at least I was under the impression I was tipping the people who were there working to get me my coffee and food. Only tip cash so you know the employees are getting the money Service: Take out
This is the worst place ever, we had to wait 30 min for 2 drinks and one donut and nobody came to the window to apologize for the wait or let us now they were gonna take a few and they let the coffee get cold sitting there and nobody even came for you to pay for the food and drinks and there was no rush in the store at all and this is always a problem in that place
I ordered a cookie crumble cold brew and all I got was black coffee with no creamer and just 4 tiny cookie bits floating. I had to put in my own creamer. Very disappointed Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10
I said little ice. I got a cup Full of ice No coffee waste of money and it was by the manager training a new employee. So sad! Not again! $5 for a cup of ice what a joke. Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $1–10
