I went this morning and was given the wrong order, I went back and called because the line was long and the woman acted rude and didn't want to send anyone out to give me the right order. They finally did and the order was wrong again, I asked the girl if I should just get back in line and order again since they didn't know my order and she couldn't remember, she said I would have to pay again if I got in line. The food is good as always. and the service was prompt and professional, but not too friendly. that's okay though I don't stop at Jack's to make friends. the manager might be a tough woman to work for because she's always nothing but business. I can respect a tough manager. you got to be tough to make high school kids work.
I had the two piece chicken Saturday and it was so old and dry it should have never been served.
Breakfast seemed like it was not fresh at all an hash rounds where way over cooked
It's fast food that's fast and they are consistent.
The Biscuits are undercooked and doughy. This is the 3rd time. Please cook longer. Thanks
