Been to this location multiple times, never had any issues until tonight. Decided to sit at the bar and let me just say IF you EVER sit next to the bartenders friends at the bar, I highly suggest you move and sit some where else. What John S doesn't like about Rookies All-american Pub Grill:
Wouldn't recommend this place had a party of 16 that we had called earlier to let them know we were coming and at what time. They didn't have our table ready so we waited and waited as they sat every party of 4—6 people ahead of us. Visited for lunch on a Saturday. Place was busy. The only way they're getting 3 stars is because of the staff. The host greeted and accommodated me and my family (with a baby). The server was also very polite and attentive. The food however was not good, the portions were small not reflecting the price. Maybe try a different location!
Food was really good but not enough staff to provide quick service.
So far from Florida to Oregon I loved the hot wings are the best I have had
My family was put into a corner booth. completely ignored. A big party came in after we sat down and was offered drinks before anyone noticed we had nothing.
Awful wait staff host sat us then waited about 15 mins and no one even came for our drinks walked out.
