M... read more Ordered the Beef Kow Lunch Special. Not only was the container full to the brim, but the food was great! Best Value I've seen from a Chinese Place in a while. Meal with fried rice and an egg roll for under $7, FANTASTIC!! Will be eating there again.

Came to Ho Luck, found one young lady on the floor/register, a couple seated having dinner, and one woman ordering take-out. The server didn't acknowledge us and eventually left the floor. We waited over 5 minutes before walking out. I have been there before for carry-out and have had a polite man providing good service. The meals have been very good, but the last contained very little meat.

The egg rolls were like none I have ever had before. They were fantastic.
