Since then the hotel has improved much! the rooms are clean, and they have a very nice staff, as with everything they can help. the prices have improved so it is worth staying here. that is now a hotel that I can recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the heart of hønefoss. I never tried the breakfast. just look in. highly recommended!

Its location is 5 stars, very close to the city, but the rooms are quite worn out and the place screams for a complete renovation. we were not overly impressed... read more Its location is 5 stars, very close to the city, but the rooms are quite worn out and the place screams for a complete renovation. we were not overly impressed by the breakfast, or the fact that the cook did not speak Norwegian or English. it felt strange to design what we wanted, just to know that cooked eggs are not on the menu. the raised is that it was clean, good betting and friendly staff. we also had a nice time to play cards at the reception, but the bar near 22:00 felt strange, especially given that we visited on Saturday and was randomly there on day C-19 measures were terminated. not the place for anyone who wants to relax after 22:00 with a drink.
