Whoever is reading this please do yourself a favor and DONT GO HERE. Ruined my saturday morning waiting 45 minutes for a cup of cream with a splash of iced coffee. Workers are rude and take out their frustrations on the customers. 0/5 experience. View all feedback.
Bad service. Staff is rude. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino and it tasted or looked nothing like it. It was just milk and Crushed ice. Today when I went in, I was waiting for my order and I could see flies on the display food. And they are always short of food or some add-ins.

Honestly, It was super amusing. The gentleman that took my first drink order did not repeat my order back correctly. I ordered a grande, vanilla, oat milk latte and he just stared at me then said, so a 16 oz latte with vanilla? this would never fly in Seattle. Lol. Sorry to be that guy to nitpick at it, but I passionately love Starbucks and just want all stores and partners to succeed.
Waited an hour for a croissant that I mobile ordered. Half an hour in I asked if they had my order and the woman working there said it?ll come out soon and have my name on it? thanks I didn?t know that. Waited another 20 minutes and asked again and he said sorry they were out of them. Why didn?t you tell me that before? Wasted my time and had someone else bring the order out because they were too embarrassed and didn?t apologize or anything.
This location takes forever even when you order online 30 minutes ahead of time, AND they?ll forget something. I ordered a latte and sandwich at noon, got there at 12:20, and had to wait until 12:40 for my sandwich to be ready. By that time I already finished my latte. This is the third time something like this has happened!!
