First time going to a Rita's and it wasn't bad the hostess was nice and helped me with my choices, I bought a pint of the mango and the cookies cream shake as suggested and I wasn't disappointed

Witnessed a rude staff today kicking a man out of the store after he pleaded with her that his wife was pregnant and all he wanted was one one and was willing to pay double for it. This is poor customer service and I will not come here again. Looked very bad especially since the customer was black and the cashier was white. Racism at its finest
