Description

Tucked in an artsy, pleasant neighborhood, this wood‑fired Italian eatery earns praise for thin Neapolitan‑style pizzas, robust pastas, standout desserts (tiramisu, affogato) and warm, family‑friendly service. BYOB and tented outdoor seating add charm, with a nearby wine shop handy for forgotten bottles. Most visits praise consistent, flavorful dishes and reasonable $20–30 pricing, though a few diners noted occasional floppy crusts, sour sauce and a lingering smell. The spot fills up by evening, making reservations or early arrival wise.

The pizza was not good. Floppy, basic taste profile and the sauce tasted sour. Also the restaurant smelled really bad when I went in there and had to order to go because I couldn't stand the smell. Service: Takeaway Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Excellent food and staff are friendly and accommodating. We brought our toddler and she was a hit with the staff. The restaurant is BYOB and has a wide selection of delicious Italian food. Service: Dine in Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had pizza and pasta dishes, which both were delicious. I was miffed they charge for water, but I presume it’s because they are BYOB, so charging water must offset the lost revenue of alcohol sales. We ate on the patio, which I found to be cute, but would have preferred tables with chairs over picnic tables. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience and id recommend this place if you’re in the area and looking for good Italian food. Very nice outdoor setting in open space tents. Good service and great Neapolitan style pizza. They have both personal and larger pizze. I tried the Marinara, the typical pizza without cheese, and the Margherita. They were both excellent. They have a wood fired oven. Good meatballs. BYOB.

Hands down top 3 Italian restaurants in Hoboken. Their pizza and pasta are both top notch quality in and out. Also, in one of the nicer areas of Hoboken. Quiet and quaint!
