Jack Co - Hoboken

Yummy food, the octopus was so good, as a starter. The shrimp roll was so yummy wit a homemade brioche bun!

Food was good and live music at the bar was great! Fun crowd.

We sat in the back room, so the noise was low, but not silent. The food was excellent, including several appetizers. Our waitress was friendly and very attentive to my sister's food allergies.

While I give the restaurant high marks for atmosphere and average for food the service was ridiculously slow. We sat for a good 10 minutes before the waitress came to the table to take drink orders. And then another 15 minutes before she came back to take dinner order. Our appetizers came out in a reasonable amount of time but there was a big delay with the entrees. Probably 40 minutes to get the entrees. The waitress then never even came back to ask if we wanted dessert or coffee. We had to get up to find her and ask for a check.

I came here for my friends birthday dinner. The ambience was really nice and its very spacious which is hard to find in Hoboken. We ordered a few appetizers (wings, burrata, etc) and they pretty good. For my entree I got the salmon and it was very bland. The other girls in my group also were unimpressed with their entrees. I think this spot is better for burgers and sandwiches.
