The owner and staff could really use a friendlier attitude; they rarely smile, which makes it difficult to feel welcomed. They seem too serious, as if they’re handling something extremely important. Remember, you're just making coffee! A smile and a warm demeanor could make a big difference! By the way, I'm thinking about getting my own coffee machine so I won't have to come back. Take care. Ordered an iced matcha latte, got an iced coffee (don't like coffee). Ordered a pumpkin donut, got a cream filled donut. Ordered a chocolate glazed donut, got a full chocolate donut. Literally only got my hash browns correct. It was a delivery with everything wrong.
The new owners working here messed up my order, their was only one person who spoke English who knows what he was doing, the employees just sit their and do nothing, I was so irritated, I paid for something I didn’t ask for . It was ridiculous. Get people who speak English, not people who speak Arbic and don’t know what they are doing.
This restaurant has turned into an unpleasant and unsanitary establishment, marked by long wait times and a staff that is often rude and has difficulty communicating in English. Furthermore, there have been ongoing problems with order accuracy. It used to be much better, but everything has drastically changed with the new management.
I always have a great experience at this Dunkin’! My coffee is consistently perfect and ready on time. Palak is always so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Take out
Lately they’ve been shutting down their online orders much earlier than usual. I walked in to get a lemonade around 7:30pm and was told they were closed. Sign says they close at 8pm. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
