Lately they’ve been shutting down their online orders much earlier than usual. I walked in to get a lemonade around 7:30pm and was told they were closed. Sign says they close at 8pm. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here have no manners and show no respect. They act as if the customers are doing them a favor. This is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They should replace the entire team.
The employee behind the counter with a receding hairline charged me a dollar for tap water, claiming the faucet wasn’t working just moments earlier. In my 15 years of visiting Dunkin', I’ve never had to pay for tap water. Really stingy.
I would not suggest ordering from this restaurant. I requested coffee with Equal, but they added regular sugar instead. It's quite frustrating! This place appears to be quite unreliable for any type of order. If they can't handle something so simple, I can't imagine how they would manage more complex drinks or meals.
